Here on this page you can learn of the three types of window installations, The replacement which is typically vinyl- The “renewal” or extraction installation that is inserted from the out side saving existing trims, and other structural components- The full frame install or new window install, which replaces all the components including trims and some times siding. Each type is increasingly most costly then the other.

2 The Renewal or extraction type installation (Installs From the outside & fits into outer Ro-frame and flanges to home with nails and sealant tape)
Fits the new window into the out side rough opening unto the inside finish jamb and trims. Completely replacing all exterior trims and jamb portions. Some exterior trims will need custom sized trims. This type of install, completely saves the interior of the window, mating the new window to the portion of the existing interior jamb and trims. This works well with certain applications and allows for a cost savings to you over a full new construction installation. The money you save is from the interior salvage of the interior trims and jambs. But the interior must be in adequate condition to allow us to do this type of install. It is a better install and I like the complete new out side look to the windows and home that this type of install provides. A smart use of interior stops may be required.
3 The complete new construction installation or Custom Installation.
Custom: If your windows or doors fall outside the "typical" install and Fall under our "custom install" category then they may have special attributes or custom exterior and interior trims. They just may not fit right in the existing rough opening like they should.
Complete New : This type of installation is just what it says, an all new window installation that is fit into the existing "rough opening" inside and out of the home. It provides new interior jambs and trim and new exterior trims or brick-mold, wall board re-work framing alterations and such. This may also call for additional work to siding. You get the whole new look inside and out. This is the most complete type of install.
