Basic Project Planning & Product Orders:  

• The first step is to contact us by phone or via our contact form HERE online.

• Next, you will be contacted by our team the following day with a free estimate offer and a date on our schedule.

• After meeting in your home, or opting for a “online quick quote” we now have a clear scope of your project. We then can help you choose products or installation methods that are right for your home and your budget. 

• A professional estimate will be completed and emailed to you directly.

• You can order your Windows and Doors directly through us and receive "dealer direct"   savings...  plus we'll have your windows or doors delivered it right to your home. ( our products are sold with installation only on a separate estimate)

• You can also buy your product directly from your favorite home remodeling center, We’ll help you get them ordered free of charge with a signed  install contract. for a small fee we will even pick up your Home center products and bring them to you.

• Once your payment for your windows has been received, you'll be placed on the installation scheduled with a tentative date, awaiting products delivery and scheduling.

• When your products are ready ,and you have received delivery of your window products direct from the distributor, your install  will follow with a pre scheduled tenative install date.

• It doesn't matter the length of project time, you will be our crew’s only customer until finished.

• A walk through will be done, the Installer Customer Agreement signed, and once your final payment is made* your warranty is in effect. You are now ready to enjoy your new look for the life time of your home!

*final payment due upon completion of installation end of same day. Some projects may require a down payment on the installation, others will only require payment upon completion.  All WADMS product sold to you through us are paid in full prior to order confirmation. you will be paying our vendor service directly. Install payments are made separately on a schedual or in full.

To begin, we meet with you to talk over your Project needs. We offer our professional advice and complete a full professional measure to determine what you need and budgeting for your project.

This process only takes about one hour.

Project Work Process:

Once we have determined the right product for you and the product order has been reviewed. We will present you with a detailed and verified estimate with project information for your approval. After this we will begin work on a mutually agreed-upon date and We will be prompt, courteous and will always clean up your home before we leave for the day.

Completion:

We consider your project complete once we've fulfilled our completed task, and contract,  We will always work to meet with your expectations. Once your project is completed, we are always available for follow-up questions, and adjustments if needed. I will personally go over your complete project with you. You will receive a signed lien waver and an" installer customer agreement" With a warranty  that all work was done to the highest workmanship standards.

Our Guarantee:

We warranty all Labor/workmanship for a minimum of one year from completion for basic projects, and up to ten full years on major projects for labor and installation only. Please feel free to request  more info at time of estimate for your specific product warranty's.

We warranty all manufacture products purchase through our company for the full warranty of any said product, as to the extent of each individual manufacturers written policy.
